Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sr Java and Hadoop Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Hadoop ecosystem, with expertise in designing and developing scalable, efficient, and reliable big data solutions. Responsibilities include leading the development of data processing and analytics platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality solutions. Sr. JAVA/Hadoop Developers are responsible for the development, programming, and coding of IT solutions, including documenting system specifications, participating in testing, and maintaining applications. They also ensure IT controls to protect data confidentiality, integrity, and availability, and serve as technical resources for other developers. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Java and Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Spark, Hive, etc.) Strong expertise in Java and Hadoop development, including data processing, data integration, and data analytics Experience with Spark (Scala/Java) and Spark-based data processing frameworks Proficiency in Java programming language with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate Experience with Hadoop storage solutions (HDFS, HBase) Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL tools (Informatica, Talend) Proven experience in designing big data solutions with Hadoop and Spark Experience with data quality, validation, and troubleshooting Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with version control (GIT), unit testing, and deployment procedures Knowledge of multiple programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, PHP) Experience with web services (SOAP, REST), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) Understanding of microservices architecture and database systems (SQL, NoSQL) Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain real-time and batch data processing systems Build data ingestion, integration, storage, and retrieval pipelines Ensure data quality, security, and efficient access Preferred Qualifications Experience in Health Care domain Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies Work Experience & Education 5+ years of relevant work experience and a related Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
