Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A temporary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school in Fort Worth, TX, covering a maternity leave assignment through May 29, 2026. This role offers a combination of onsite work with the flexibility to work from home one day per week, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language pathology services to K-12 students within the school setting.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with school goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress reports.
• Participate in meetings and professional development activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working as an SLP in a school environment, preferably K-12.
• Strong understanding of educational guidelines and state regulations related to speech therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educational teams.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and flexibly adapt to the school environment.

Location:

• Fort Worth, Texas, onsite for most days with one day per week remote work.
