Key Responsibilities:

• Learn & Develop: Participate in paid training to gain expertise in insurance products such as indexed universal life (IUL) policies and infinite banking strategies.
• Engage with Clients: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and provide customized insurance solutions.
• Meet Performance Goals: Achieve weekly and monthly targets, including client calls, consultations, and sales.
• Collaborate Remotely: Contribute to a mission-driven team through virtual meetings, tools, and communication platforms.
