Project Manager | San Antonio | Commercial Interiors & Ground Up
A Texas General Contractor is expanding its San Antonio office and looking for a Project Manager to help drive that growth.
This is not a big corporate GC role. It is a genuine chance to be part of building a local team and shaping the San Antonio presence.
What you will be doing
• Leading interiors and light ground-up projects, typically under $4M in value
• Managing client relationships and developing repeat business through quality and trust
• Overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractors and closeout from start to finish
• Playing a key part in developing the San Antonio office’s reputation and client base
What we are looking for
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial interiors or smaller ground-up builds
• Confident handling multiple smaller projects at once
• Strong San Antonio network within architects, property managers and brokers is a major plus
• Someone who enjoys the client-facing side and wants to grow with a business long term
