Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in injection molding, is seeking a Process Technician - 3rd Shift to join their dedicated team. As a Process Technician, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring efficient operation and quality standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Technician - 3rd Shift

Location: Edinburgh, IN

Pay Range: $54k - $62k

Shift: 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

• Perform mold changes on injection molding machines ranging from 770 – 3500 tons.
• Start up injection molding machines with existing processes and make necessary parameter adjustments to ensure quality and cycle time standards.
• Set up auxiliary equipment including robots, hot stamping machines, label applicators, and in-mold label equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues, making quick and effective adjustments to maintain production flow.
• Conduct startup quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

What's Needed?

• Experience working in injection molding as a process technician.
• Familiarity with linear robots and their operation.
• Strong English communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine parameters efficiently.
• Preferred: RJG or similar injection molding training.
