About The Role
At Rippling, the growth team is the tip of the spear of revenue generation. Our teams job is to maximize revenue by efficiently driving sales demos. We do that by running marketing experiments across multiple channels, then rapidly scaling the ones that work.

In this role, reporting to our Director, Search Engine Marketing, youll be part of the foundation of the highest investment channel Search Engine Marketing (SEM). As a member of our broader growth team, youll work with the SEM team to further expand and optimize SEM for all of our verticals, while also exploring new and creative ways to inflect growth.
This role is highly cross-functional youll partner with our go-to-market, growth engineering, marketing operations, and analytics teams (among others), in order to deliver top-notch results. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of a fast growing, world class Growth Marketing team.

What You Will Do

• Work with the team to develop best practices and new ways to successfully manage the entire SEM program
• Experiment with new approaches and tactics within SEM, leveraging new platform tools, bidding and keyword strategies, and ad content
• Partner with our WebOps team to experiment with new landing page content, format, and designs, improving conversion from click to lead to ARR
• Dive deeply into all data to find opportunities and build projects to leverage those opportunities
• Help build and maintain dashboards and reporting to enable the team to further expand the program

What You Will Need

• 4+ years of experience doing both quantitative and qualitative work in a fast-paced environment
• SEM expertise: you have a great understanding of Search Engine Marketing and have worked with strong teams in preferably B2B SaaS. Having experience with Affiliates is a plus.
• Strong ownership mindset: motivated by the idea of owning a number, and are not afraid to step up to big challenges. You have a growth mindset and readily look for feedback on how to improve.
• Cross-functional communicator: you communicate proactively and effectively, marshaling internal and external resources to keep operations running smoothly
• Bias to action: Youll constantly try new growth ideas in this role; you have a bias to action and learning.
• Structured, data-driven problem-solving: you are able to analyze and design solutions to ambiguous problems in ambiguous environments. You have the ability to analyze data to uncover insights, in SQL or Excel, and are adept at clearly explaining your analysis and conclusions.
• Hackiness and creativity: Youre constantly generating new ideas to test and you do whatever it takes to get your projects over the finish line.
• Experience on Affiliate marketing is a plus

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.
A variety of factors are considered when determining someones compensationincluding a candidates professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this role is: 81,000 - 141,750 USD per year (US Tier 1).
