- Clean Malpractice and License History
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (except for approved exemptions)

Job Description:
- Provide urology services in a well-established hospital setting
- Collaborate in a call rotation for work-life balance
- Perform outpatient and inpatient care, rounding, and clinic work
- Conduct procedures such as cystoscopies, vasectomies, BCG and Gemzar instillation, and urodynamic studies
- Engage in consults with a focus on patient care
- Utilize EPIC as the documentation system/EMR
- Participate in a Level 2 trauma facility with state-of-the-art equipment
- Partner with a skilled support team including APPs, MAs, and administrative staff
- Engage in community outreach initiatives and wellness programs
- Enforce policies related to health screenings, COVID-19 vaccination, and credentialing processes
