Role: Campus Coordinator-Summer 2026

Location: Thornwood, NY

Compensation range for this role is $22- $25 / hour, based on experience. This role is eligible for overtime for any hours over 40-hours per week with manager approval.

About the role

In this role, you will assist the Campus Manager on all aspects of the campus, support the local and international staff, and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.

Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:

• Assist with student arrivals and departures and special events like orientations and graduation ceremonies.
• Work with the Campus Manager to handle student discipline and behavior concerns
• Be available to work afternoon and evening shifts, including some weekends and front desk coverage.
• Assist with any emergency situations, should they arise.
• Liase with other campus management teams such as: Academics, Activities, Student Experience, and Accommodations, to ensure overall student satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Administrative experience.
• Excels under pressure.
• Strong communicator.
• Able to work independently and lead a team with little oversight from a manager.
• Decisive - able to act fast and make informed decisions in the moment.
• Passionate about customer service and quality.
• Must be legally able to work in the U.S (United States) or have a work permit.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older

After a summer of working as an EF Campus Coordinator, you will enhance your management knowledge and experience by working with an international team. You will be a proven leader, adaptable and capable of solving various issues without hesitation while working under pressure. The international surroundings will fine tune your communication skills as well as organizational and planning skills.
