We are currently seeking a Networking Analyst to join our team in chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Requirements:

• Network Support Analyst at Grade 6 in NOC/Network Operations.
• Must be a Graduate. BTech/BE or any other technical degree preferred
• Good communication, comprehension and writing skills.
• Should be willing to work in rotational shift with 24x7 support window

Job description:

• Provide L2 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported tickets.
• Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow up steps.
• Participate in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between clients and departments within the client infrastructure.
• Good troubleshooting knowledge for implementing and maintaining Cisco networks for our clients. As a Cisco network engineer, you will be responsible for installing Cisco networks.
• Sound knowledge of ITIL best practices around Incident and Request Management procedures.
