Novum Medical Massage is a busy local Massage Clinic in Tucson, AZ. with a 5-Star Brand and Reputation. We are transitioning our pracice towards medical massage and to be the first medical massage franchise in the US. Our Practice Manager is someone who will be innovative and provide support in moving the practice in this direction. This position is contract based on performance and proven metrics of growth. The hours will vary based on tasks, projects and needs of the clinic.

• Staff management: Hiring, training, and supervising all office staff, including scheduling and performance management. Create and Implement Policies for Daily Operations and Procedures.
• Financial oversight: Developing and managing budgets, overseeing billing and claims processing, and managing payroll. Discover ways to increase practice profitability and save money where is make sense.
• Operational efficiency: Streamlining workflows, managing patient appointments, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and productively.
• Build Referral Relationships/Programs with referring offices (Physicians, PT an Chiropractic offices)
• Build and Grow our Medical Massage Platfrom.
• Growth Forecasting.

Patient relations: Handling patient inquiries, complaints, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and care.

Compliance: Ensuring the practice adheres to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including HIPAA.

Administrative tasks: Ordering supplies, maintaining medical and financial records, and managing equipment.
