Industrial Custodian

As an Industrial Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial and industrial environments. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core skills in cleaning, janitorial duties, and floor care will ensure a safe and sanitary workspace. Your experience in custodial tasks, combined with premium skills in buffing and industrial cleaning, will enhance the overall maintenance of the facility. Additionally, your relevant skills in facilities maintenance and porter experience will support the organization's commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of industrial facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized and free of debris to maintain a safe environment.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for various surfaces.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 30 per week
