Description:

The Graphic Design & Web Specialist plays an important role in developing and executing BonaDent's marketing strategy in a manner that promotes the company’s brand, products and services. The Specialist will work closely with leadership on the strategy and execution of the organizations marketing activities (online and offline) in order to drive traffic that translates into sales and brand promotion. This position will collaborate with internal and external partners to help assist, shape and execute marketing activities that increase both customer and employee acquisition and engagement.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work closely with members of Marketing, Sales, and Business Development in order to brainstorm, plan and execute new and innovative growth strategies
  • Design and deliver valuable and engaging content for marketing materials and marketing communications
  • Coordinate and execute the production of creative content in a variety of media forms for the purpose of assisting Sales & Marketing, HR recruitment and retention, technical training, and public relations
  • Evaluate metrics and prepare accurate reports on each marketing tactic’s overall performance - analyze and identify trends that equate to success
  • Capture photographs and videos on a regular and required basis in order to build a library of relevant material
  • Copywriting for sales and marketing collateral, as projects arise
  • Ensure all marketing content is consistent and on brand.
  • Implement SEO best practices
  • Oversee website technical and content aspects: content management, technical oversight, performance analysis, SEO implementation
  • Work with the internal Marketing team to maintain a strong online company voice through regular, valuable content postings on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant social media
  • Create presentation and communication templates for educational, promotional, developmental, and administrative needs
  • Follow guidelines for education-based marketing: develop and implement strategies for programs, create and manage content, conduct market research, coordinate campaigns across channels of email and social media, track and use data analysis to improve results and demonstrate ROI
  • Maintain websites, including development of new functionality, content updates, style and layout, and accessibility
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms, MailChimp, HubSpot and Constant Contact
  • In addition to these typical duties, engage in other duties and special projects as assigned and required
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Graphic and Web Design Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and the highest level of confidentiality and privacy
  • Strong team building and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including ability to multi-task effectively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and Social Media platforms
  • Position is on-site with opportunity for a hybrid schedule after 120 days
