Job Description:

The nursing assistant performs nursing procedures and patient care tasks. Works under the direction of the unit director, unit coordinator, staff nurse and/or licensed practical nurse.

Minimum Work Experience:

• 6 months previous hospital experience

Minimum Education:

• High school graduate required.
• Successful completion of nursing assistant course or the equivalent required

Required Skills:

• BLS certification maintained
• SRNA Certification maintained

Screening Requirements:

• Drug Screen
• Tuberculosis Test
• Background Check
• Physical Exam
• Respirator Fit
