As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale social gatherings. Key Responsibilities Assist with the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution. Help with venue research, selection, and booking. Support in the development of event timelines and schedules. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure all elements are in place for events. Assist in on-site event management and execution, addressing any issues as they arise. Prepare and distribute promotional materials to attract attendees. Collect and analyze feedback post-event to improve future events. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
