As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the face of these meaningful missions—representing nonprofit clients at live events , community campaigns , and fundraising initiatives .
💼 What You’ll DoRepresent nonprofit organizations at public events, campaigns, and community outreach programs
Engage with donors and the public in a professional, friendly, and compassionate way
Educate and inspire others about causes like human rights, education, health access, and environmental sustainability
Promote involvement by encouraging sign-ups, donations, or volunteer participation
Build relationships that help foster long-term donor support and campaign growth
Collaborate with a team to ensure successful event operations and goal achievement
Maintain the highest standards of integrity, empathy, and professionalism
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for social impact , nonprofits, or advocacy work
Positive, outgoing personality with a team-oriented mindset
Comfortable engaging with the public in fast-paced event settings
Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No experience required — this is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided
