SHF Trucking is a smaller, family-owned business that has grown from the ground up. We pride ourselves on our long-lasting, well-rounded customer base that allows drivers to have a one-on-one relationship. Drivers have a open door policy here where they can talk to dispatch, accounting, safety, maintenance, and ownership as needed to discuss any issues present. We transport mainly refrigerated and dry van freight across the US. We have a wide variety of lanes that appease any and all drivers. Our drivers are home weekly or as they need to be. Each driver is paid $.60 a mile, all miles driven. We offer paid time off, holiday pay, breakdown pay, ETC. Drivers are paid weekly and can look to get 2500-3400 miles on a weekly basis. *Overview*
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting freight safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. A commitment to safety and professionalism is essential.

*Duties*

* Operate and drive dry van and refrigerated trailers.
* Safely transport freight to designated locations following assigned routes.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other necessary documentation.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
* Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding commercial driving.
* Maintain a clean and organized truck interior.
* follow all FMCSA rules and regulations.

*Requirements*

* Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
* Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of route driving and freight transportation.
* Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in commercial driving.
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with dispatchers and clients.
* A clean driving record with no major violations is preferred.
