We are a thriving chiropractic practice in Bismarck, ND, and we're excited to welcome a full-time Associate Chiropractor to our upbeat, family-oriented, and team-driven environment. This position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 to $115,000, along with bonus potential tied to performance.
The role features a Monday through Friday schedule with weekends off, supporting a strong work-life balance. Patient volume is expected to range between 150 to 180 adjustments per week, creating a fast-paced and fulfilling clinical atmosphere.
Key responsibilities include taking patient X-rays, delivering Reports of Findings, making care recommendations, and conducting consultations and examinations. You will perform regular chiropractic adjustments, conduct re-exams, recommend ongoing care plans, and offer guidance in nutrition and supplementation. We also encourage and support professional growth through seminars, training, and continuing education.
Marketing is an integral part of this role, and we provide full training and support. You'll participate in internal efforts such as patient education, workshops, and referral initiatives, as well as external outreach like spinal screenings, corporate talks, and community networking. We also involve our team in content creation and social media to extend our reach and impact.
