Job Title: Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Join our dedicated team in Cadillac, MI, where we provide exceptional anesthesia care in a supportive environment. Our facility is equipped with 5 operating rooms and is recognized for its commitment to high-quality patient care. Experience working alongside a collaborative team of four part-time MDAs and three full-time CRNAs, all focused on delivering top-notch services to patients of all ages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia independently for a variety of surgical procedures including ortho, general surgery, scopes, dental, and uro.
• Participate in a call rotation, with one day per week and one weekend per month on call.
• Document patient care accurately using the Plexus EMR system.
• Provide care for an average of 25 surgical cases per day.
• Ensure compliance with safety and patient care protocols while working within a Level 3 trauma center.

Qualifications:

• AANA Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with regional block and OB experience - REQUIRED
• Active Michigan license at the time of submission - REQUIRED
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS - REQUIRED
• Ability to participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS - REQUIRED
• Clean background history for expedited credentialing - REQUIRED
• COVID vaccination - REQUIRED
• Recent NPDB self-query - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active Michigan Nursing License
• AANA Board Certification
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications
