Overview Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant with strong billing experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling high-volume billing, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. Responsibilities Manage high-volume billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Process and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with accounts receivable and collections as needed Provide support for audits and reporting requests Qualifications Strong billing experience required Proficiency with QuickBooks required 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Cordia Resources
