What You'll Do:

As a key member of our Estate Planning and Administration team, you'll:

• Guide families through life's most important decisions , crafting sophisticated estate plans including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and tax-efficient strategies
• Represent clients in probate proceedings , from straightforward administrations to complex contested matters
• Collaborate with a network of professionals —financial advisors, CPAs, and fellow attorneys—to deliver comprehensive, holistic solutions
• Develop innovative succession planning strategies for businesses and charitable giving initiatives
• Build lasting client relationships and contribute to the firm's growth through networking and business development

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Tennessee bar membership (or eligibility and commitment to obtain upon hire)
• 3+ years of estate planning/administration experience
• Understanding of probate procedures and estate tax law
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Outstanding communication skills to connect with diverse clients and advocate effectively

**This role is based in our Chattanooga, TN office. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to be considered.
