Essential Functions Perform routine maintenance and service (tire service, oil changes, transmission services) on school vehicles under supervision. Keep shop, equipment, and tools clean and in safe, efficient condition. Operate center fuel island and wash rack safely to refuel and wash vehicles. Assist vehicle technicians and mechanics with tools and repairs as needed. Utilize printed/electronic service materials and follow manufacturer’s diagnostic and repair procedures. Maintain accurate records of repairs, service, and maintenance. Operate tools, equipment, and machinery following safety procedures. Promote safety in the shop and report unsafe conditions immediately. Communicate professionally with co-workers, department personnel, and community members. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
