Job Description
Humdingers is seeking a responsible, hard working, reliable and customer service oriented individual to assist the current store manager. The assistant will be responsible for the store when the manager is away. Communication with the entire staff will be crucial to the success of this position.
Salary: Depends on Experience Requirements/Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff
- Display and stock merchandise to maximize purchasing appeal
- Daily paperwork and bank deposits (when manager is away)
- Assign staff projects to keep store clean and safe
- Be able to work weekends and holidays
- Be able to fill in for call offs and employee vacations
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Be able to stand and be moving for 10 hours
- Be able to work 40 to 50 hours per week especially during busy summer months
