Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient experienced Field Service Technician to provide on-site maintenance and repair for compressed air and vacuum systems. This full-time role involves a mix of mechanical and electrical maintenance work with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on compressed air and vacuum systems.
Install new equipment, including electrical and piping work.
Offer technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
Assist in training and mentoring other Field Service Technicians.
Complete daily work orders and maintain accurate documentation.
Practice and enforce safety procedures and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Provide 24-hour emergency on-call services on a rotating basis, including weekend and overnight travel when required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent) with mechanical and/or electrical training required; refrigeration certification is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of technical field service experience, preferably with compressed air equipment or similar systems.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to perform hands-on repair and maintenance.
Expertise in maintaining, overhauling, and repairing industrial and Oil-Free compressors.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools safely.
Ability to work between 7:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. and be flexible with weekend work.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
Must be able to relocate to Phoenix, AZ prior to starting the role.
