About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Investor Relations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining clear and compelling investor communications, including presentations, reports, and earnings materials. This role involves significant collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the firm's investment story and support various strategic finance and corporate initiatives. The Vice President will also manage relationships with external stakeholders such as analysts, rating agencies, and advisors, and will be involved in planning and executing investor roadshows and conferences. Applicants for the Vice President, Investor Relations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or CFA preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in investor relations within the asset management sector. Experience at private market and/or hedge fund firms is also preferred. The role requires strong financial modeling, presentation, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and a proactive approach to monitoring market consensus and industry trends are essential.
