UX Researcher (III) Join to apply for the UX Researcher (III) role at Aquent Base pay range $111.00/hr – $123.00/hr Responsibilities Propose ideas to improve products and services through research-driven insights and recommendations. Guide product strategy through research by analyzing, consolidating, or synthesizing user, product, service, or business needs and communicating findings to cross‑functional teams. Identify, create, and use key insights and metrics to evaluate product impact, guiding user‑centric decision‑making. Contribute to project priorities, coordinate resources, and remove roadblocks to progress. Conduct research to identify user needs and business opportunities, demonstrating empathy for users and business goals. Adapt research strategy for complex projects or programs, including defining quantitative or qualitative frameworks. Build consensus and influence stakeholders with research insights and recommendations.
