Location: Anywhere in the USA, Caribbean, UK, Crown dependencies, Europe, or East Asia.
Experience: Trainee/entry-level to senior roles, from Senior Manager to Director and Partner.
General Requirements by Role: Proven experience in public accounting, corporate tax departments, or top law firms. Prior experience in a top tax firm or Big 4. Strong knowledge of complex tax compliance, provision work, or advisory services. Specializations such as corporate, partnership, international, private client, M&A, digital assets, Transferee are preferred. Exposure to SALT, transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, IRS controversy, or FATCA is beneficial. CPA qualification is preferred; EA, MST/LL.M in Tax are valued. Experience with Tax Technology is also welcome. Leadership experience in managing and mentoring junior staff and leading client engagements is important. Familiarity with tax planning, entity structuring, M&A tax due diligence, and offshore structures is a plus.
