UI/UX Designer We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on user experience strategy, journey mapping, and wireframing. This role collaborates closely with project managers and development teams to translate business requirements into intuitive, user‑centered designs. Ideal candidates enjoy problem‑solving and iterating through feedback, using Figma and other design tools. Key Responsibilities Lead the creation of user flows, journey maps, low‑fidelity sketches, and wireframes to communicate design concepts clearly. Translate requirements into user‑centered interface designs while maintaining alignment with guidelines. Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and reflect business objectives. Qualifications 3+ years of UI/UX design experience or equivalent project work. Experience with Figma is required. Strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX decision‑making. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Ability to explain design choices and incorporate feedback constructively.
