Rogue Community Health is seeking a mission driven Triage Nurse that thrives and remains composed in a high pressure and active work environment. This position will triage phone calls from patients to determine the type of care they will need and answer medication questions. Our Triage Nurse will work collaboratively through joint planning and problem solving with clinic staff to improve the management and stability of medically complex patients resulting in reduced ER visits, hospitalizations and treatment-related complications.

This position is for the nurse who values work life balance and enjoys a fast-paced work shift.
