ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Chandler, Arizona.

\nRN - Tele Float Pool
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
\n• Must be able to titrate cardiac drips
\n• Required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to signing contract (maximum 2 attempts within 48 hours of offer)
\n• Must pass a Sim Lab on day one of orientation
\n• Float between all Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units
\n• Float between Chandler and Mercy Gilbert campuses (9 miles apart, 15-minute drive)
\n• Notification of campus and unit assignment given 1.5 hours prior to shift start
\n• May float to different units mid-shift
\n• Must clock out when leaving one campus and clock in when arriving at the other
\n• Patient ratios of 1:3-4 on telemetry units and 1:4 on medical-surgical units
\n• Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period (Saturday/Sunday for days, Friday/Saturday for nights)
\n• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
\n• Navy scrubs required
\n• Must be able to interpret EKGs
\n• Floor-specific orientation: 2 days on each unit
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
\n• Charting system: Cerner
\n• Care for patients age 15 and older (no pediatrics)
\n• Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment

\nThis acute care medical center operates multiple specialized units including cardiovascular telemetry, neuro telemetry, and medical-surgical floors. The facility provides comprehensive services with 24/7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy support, centralized telemetry monitoring, and specialized programs including JHACO certified knee and hip procedures. The organization maintains high standards for patient care with hospitalists available during the day and on-call at night, along with clinical supervisors and charge nurses on each unit.
