• 10-12 week assignment, full-time (10-hour days), for oncology/infusion center.
• Candidates must have 2 years ambulatory oncology INFUSION unit experience.

Additional Details

• AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military BLS accepted; specific hospital preferences for AHA or Red Cross.
• Primary source verification of professional license required within 30 days of start date.
• N95 fit test required within 365 days of start date and updated annually.
• 80% passing MGB Medication Exam within 365 days required.
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required.
• Strongly preferred Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity.
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions.
• TB skin test or equivalent required within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Physician health statement required within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB criminal background check and Massachusetts CORI required within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required if fit test is required.
• Two recent references required, minimum one supervisor or above.
• MGB skills checklist required for submission.
• MGB confirmation of assignment/POI form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
• Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation.
• Education verification required.
• MGB SSN trace required.
• National sex offender check required within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• MGB exclusion checks required within 30 days of start and annually.
• TB symptom survey required if positive PPD, updated annually.
• MGB candidate submission coversheet required for submission.
