Job Description

Our client, an innovative leader in autonomous vehicle operations, is seeking a Test Coordinator to join their team. As a Test Coordinator, you will be part of the Mission Operations team supporting vehicle scheduling and testing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Coordinator

Location: Foster City, CA
Shift: Thurs.-Mon. 8:30 am-5 pm 
Pay: 38/hr. 

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Manage the coordination of daily activities for the autonomous vehicle fleet supporting R&D and commercial operations
• Review change requests, analyze previous mission data, and engage stakeholders to adapt to evolving testing requirements
• Develop solutions to overcome obstacles and optimize testing processes for vehicle and personnel readiness
• Coordinate vehicle configurations, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple testing sites
• Ensure vehicles and support staff are scheduled and prepared for daily operational needs

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of experience in forecasting, planning, or project coordination
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration
