We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support aerospace and defense hiring needs. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified technical and engineering professionals to client openings.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Screen and qualify candidates for engineering, manufacturing, and avionics roles.
• Prepare and submit candidate profiles and resumes to account managers or clients.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep accurate records in the ATS and meet daily/weekly recruiting goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (preferably in aerospace or manufacturing).
• Strong sourcing and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
