Job Overview

The Senate Sergeant at Arms seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner III to serve as a recruitment partner to hiring managers and leadership, providing guidance on hiring policies and complex recruitment challenges. The incumbent will analyze recruitment trends and metrics, recommend innovative HR solutions aligned with organizational goals, and serve as a recruitment subject matter expert throughout the full lifecycle of hiring.

Key Accountabilities/Essential Job Duties

  • Serve as subjectmatter expert on recruitment processes, policies, and procedures; interpret employment policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Act as strategic partner to stakeholders, ensuring alignment of talent acquisition with departmental goals.
  • Spearhead sourcing and engagement of top talent through multiple channels to meet longterm needs.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends, make datadriven recommendations to executive leadership, and optimize processes.
  • Develop, implement, and execute recruitment outreach strategy, branding efforts, and hiring events.
  • Maintain and update recruitment tools, resources and systems.
  • Participate in interview panels, recommend applicant selections.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

Required Education

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Required Work Experience

  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leadership on complex projects or initiatives.
