Sushi Chef Job Summary
Our restaurant needs an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. You will prepare sushi rolls and dishes from the orders coming in from the bartenders and servers. Our ideal candidate is comfortable with a variety of sushi rolling, plating, and related cooking techniques and has experience working in a busy sushi restaurant. Advanced knife cutting skills are a must. We expect our sushi chefs to be friendly and interact with customers, providing recommendations on different dishes when requested. Once trained, he will oversee dishes appetizer/dessert chef plating as well as the other rollers on the line. Responsible for running the line during service whilst in the main sushi roller position once trained.

An artistic specialty sushi restaurant, with friendly vibe, fusion food (we can incorporate any kind of cuisine into sushi type dishes). Non corporate atmosphere, on the waterfront. Indoor AC dining and outdoor dining right by the water. Under water blue lights, customers can serve sushi scraps to Tarpin that jump out of water to eat.
