Stand up Reach Truck Forklift

Location: Denton, TX

Schedule: Day shift: Thursday–Monday, 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM

Schedule: Night Shift Wednesday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 10:15 PM

Pay Rate : $22.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate PIT equipment: stand-up reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks
• Perform all outbound tasks including loading, unloading, and replenishment
• Use RF scanners or handheld devices to track inventory movement accurately
• Investigate and resolve inventory or scanning discrepancies
• Comply with all health & safety protocols, GMPs, and quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory, quality, and efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center role
• Prior experience operating stand-up reach trucks and other PIT equipment
• Proficient with RF scanning systems or handheld inventory tools
• Ability to interpret operational data and make informed decisions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity expectations
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods (10+ hour shifts)
• Able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive use of hands/manual dexterity required
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (average 34&degree;F)
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
