Stand Up Forklift Driver

We are seeking a dedicated Stand Up Forklift Driver for our 1st Shift operations. The successful candidate will use RF scanner technology to efficiently collect and process customer orders, aiming to meet daily goals. This role involves picking and packing, sorting orders, wrapping and sealing products for shipment, and ensuring correct shipping labels are used.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and process all customer orders quickly to meet daily goals.
• Utilize RF scan guns for picking and packing.
• Sort all orders efficiently.
• Wrap and seal products for shipment, ensuring correct shipping labels are applied.
• Conduct inventories as needed.
• Record packing data and inspect orders before shipping.
• Lift up to 20 pounds as required throughout the day.
• Stand all day and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Verify quantities of products against production orders, receiving documents, or other documents.
• Deliver material to the proper location and place it in its correct bin location.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with RF Scanner.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds.
• Capability to stand all day and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with stand up and sit down forklifts.
• Knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
• Familiarity with SAP and production processes.

Work Environment:

The work environment is semi-climate controlled, within a large warehouse equipped with big fans for air circulation. It is not fully climate controlled but ensures comfortable working conditions.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richardson, TX.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.74 - $20.74/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
