A Little About the Gig:

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Sr. Network Engineer for one of our enterprise-level banking clients. This role is focused on designing, building, and scaling NAC and network segmentation solutions, primarily using Cisco ISE, as part of the broader Zero Trust and enterprise network security initiatives. The hire will also support firewall integration, automation via Ansible/IaC, and act as a senior SME while the team expands.

What are the day to day responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize Cisco ISE and NAC/segmentation solutions.
• Serve as SME for firewall, NAC, and network segmentation escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on secure network architectures and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Automate configuration and deployment using Ansible, Jinja2, and IaC practices.
• Create and maintain HLD/LLD documentation and present technical solutions to stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

Must have:

• Expert-level Cisco ISE and NAC/segmentation engineering.
• Strong firewall and network security experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of 802.1x, TrustSec, Security Group Tags, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Hands-on experience with automation/Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Jinja2, YAML)

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with Elisity, Forescout, Fortinet, or Arista AGNI NAC/segmentation solutions.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, PCNSA/PCNSE, CEH, or Security+.
• Financial services or regulatory compliance experience (PCI, SOX, FFIEC, CIS).
