We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will oversee critical accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records and efficient processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in general ledger management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Utilize NetSuite and Yardi software to manage property-related accounting tasks.
• Create and analyze KPI reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Handle high-volume data posting with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad hoc reporting needs.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience with month-end close processes and general ledger management.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Yardi software is required.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage high-volume tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of property management accounting practices is a plus.
