Elite Squad Baseball Academy is one of the nation's top programs for player development, combining high-level training, competitive travel baseball, and a homeschool academic program. Were growing rapidly and looking for a creative, driven Social Media Intern to help take our digital presence to the next level.

Position Overview:
Were seeking a passionate Social Media Intern who loves baseball, storytelling, and digital marketing. This intern will support the development and execution of our social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Youll play a key role in capturing behind-the-scenes content, promoting events, showcasing athletes, and building brand engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, reels)
• Attend practices, games, or events to capture content
• Post real-time updates during tournaments or showcases
• Help manage and grow our online community
• Monitor trends to develop fresh ideas
• Track basic analytics and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

• Passion for social media and strong understanding of platforms (especially Instagram & TikTok)
• Interest in baseball, sports, or athlete development is a big plus
• Basic graphic design, photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with creative ideas and attention to detail
• Must be reliable, coachable, and flexible with schedule
