Metro One is seeking a dependable and adaptable Supervisor to oversee operations during the afternoon/evening shift. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond to dynamic staffing needs. This role is critical to maintaining safety, compliance, and operational excellence across designated areas. What We Offer: Weekly Pay; Competitive Benefits (Health, dental, vision, and more); Flexible Schedules; 401(k) Program; Easy Online Application Process Role and Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight: Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of officers; Hold officers accountable and implement corrective action plans when necessary; Assist the Project Manager in developing and refining SOPs and operational processes; Implement SOPs and crisis communication plans; Support SOCC Supervisors in managing the guard force; On-call after hours to assist with issues arising during shifts Operations & Compliance: Create compliance reports and support audits; Measure and report on patrol performance metrics; Complete weekly patrol shift schedules and ensure coverage as needed; Monitor alarms and security camera systems Security & Patrol Duties: Assume responsibility for safety and security of designated areas; Patrol areas in accordance with established procedures; Identify and respond to potential security risks; Complete incident reports and documentation for all security events; Ensure proper credentials (ID badges/passes) for employees and visitors; Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement when necessary; Assist employees and visitors with concerns or questions Requirements Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and ability to work independently and as part of a high-functioning team Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make quick decisions in critical situations High integrity, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills Outstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skills (written and verbal) Advanced computer proficiency, especially in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to meet all report deadlines consistently Calm demeanor and ability to manage high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, able to multitask, and work without direct supervision Must be able to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard License Lateral candidates must have no disciplinary actions or attendance issues in the past year Prior experience in Security, Dispatch, or 2+ years in the current SOCC environment required Why Metro One?
