Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years progressive experience in federal IT projects, with specific expertise in Appian and Tyler technologies application. ITSM and SPM experience, workflow development, O&M and integration with 3rd party systems, data migration and metrics reporting is desired.

Responsibilities

  • This role requires the ability to support non-technical customers effectively.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
  • Create tailored solutions to meet the client\'s needs
  • Build a new environment and with the ServiceNow software
  • Migrate data over from an existing environment
  • Manage checkpoints along the way to ensure it works

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in federal IT projects.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Appian and Tyler technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting and collaborating with non-technical customers.
  • Strong Proficiency in Appian and Tyler tech platforms
  • Expertise in systems integration, application development, and enterprise architecture.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
