Job description We are looking for a full-time, experienced SEO + Copywriting Specialist to join our team of Digital Marketing top performers. The level of expertise is expected to be at an intermediate level 4-6 years of experience in SEO and at least 2 years of SEO copywriting. This individual will work with a team of CX/project managers who will rely on you for a variety of client needs. Responsibilities Plan and execute all SEO audits, content strategies, client website optimization for SEO (both technical and content driven SEO), and SEO optimized content development. Measure and report performance of all SEO campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Frequency varies by client. Identify trends and insights and present recommendations for updated SEO strategies, as applicable. Collaborates with CX and other SMEs/vendor partners to contribute to holistic client strategic recommendations. Evaluate emerging technologies and bring forward thoughtful recommendations. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Skills Well spoken and able to easily articulate responses and recommendations both internally and to clients Proficient in marketing research, AI best practices and statistical analysis Ability to identify target audiences and write optimized copy matching user intent. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time High attention to detail with good problem solving skills Knowledge and experience in WordPress (minimum of 2 years) Strong (time efficient) research skills, including regularly following best practices for assuring AI tools don’t send you in a bad direction Resourcefulness, flexibility, and self motivation Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience and the client’s business goals…and to keep asking questions until you are positive your understanding aligns with clients/rest of SSDM team. Receptive to feedback Strong writing skills Proficient in typing (60 WPM) Thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team A strong inclination to take the initiative to grow and improve Experience Experience working in Wrike PM software is a plus! Proven working experience in search engine optimization and copywriting Solid knowledge of website and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, etc.) Demonstrable search engine optimized copywriting experience What We Expect From You…. In addition, every team member receives annual profit sharing, beginning on your first day. You’ll be 20% vested your first full year, increasing annually until fully vested at year five. Profit-sharing distributions are paid out in December as a lump sum—above and beyond your salary.
