In Brief:

• We're seeking an experienced 360 recruitment consultant to join one of the highest performing, most successful insurance recruitment teams in the world. The financial and growth opportunity are second to none, and our dedicated industry knowledge, and ongoing coaching, will ensure your success (along with your hard work of course!)
• Candidates without recent experience as a 360 recruitment consultant at a staffing agency will not be considered for this role.

As a Senior Associate on the Claims desk, you will be responsible for full-desk recruitment within the insurance industry, building client and candidate relationships to facilitate direct hire sales.

Responsibilities

• All Recruiters at Oliver James Associates operate in 360 roles, proactively headhunting candidates and developing and establishing new business relationships;
• The successful applicant will be focused on building a profitable desk within the technology sector, working closely with the existing team, sharing information and contacts and taking advantage of our extensive existing client base;
• You will be responsible for achieving set targets;
• Defining client requirements whilst mapping out the organizational structure, the culture and clients annual growth plans;
• Networking with candidates and clients frequently, organizing networking events and client presentations;
• Negotiating commercial terms with FTSE 150 companies, understanding the implication of the PSL for both permanent and contract hires;
• Cross selling other disciplines and incorporating other business areas into the relationships cultivated.

About You

• 4+ years' experience in professional services recruiting or similar
• Must have new business development experience and a strong track record in establishing new contracts with clients and revenue/billing
• Must have a strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ideal experience would be within financial services or insurance recruitment, but we've been able to help recruiters from unrelated backgrounds become incredibly successful!
