Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts including purchase, sale, leasing, and financing agreements
• Advise clients on secured lending, joint ventures, and equity structures
• Conduct due diligence and manage title/survey review processes
• Provide legal insight on zoning, environmental compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Represent clients in negotiations with financial institutions, developers, and investors
• Guide transactions through closing, collaborating with all internal and external parties

Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• Deep understanding of real estate law, commercial lending, and capital structuring
