Custom Print Graphics is a high-volume, contract screen printing and embroidery company known for excellence, speed, and craftsmanship. As we grow, we’re seeking a  Customer Experience & Production Coordinator to join our front office team and play a critical role in supporting both client satisfaction and internal operations.

This is not just a customer service role — it’s a hybrid position designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the urgency of the screen printing world, and can confidently manage both client communication and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a proactive liaison between clients and our internal team (screen printing, embroidery, shipping, etc.)
• Manage  email queues (Screen Print, Embroidery, Customer Service) with urgency and professionalism
• Provide accurate  quotes, timelines, and order confirmations to clients
• Proof artwork and follow up with clients to approve designs and finalize details
• Verify  pricing structures and PO accuracy before production release
• Enter, track, and manage orders using  Printavo (experience preferred but not required)
• Generate and submit  Purchase Orders to vendors, including Addnectar
• Collaborate with production leads to ensure seamless workflow and prevent bottlenecks
• Support finance and production departments by ensuring  clear and timely communication
• Maintain high-touch customer communication throughout the order lifecycle
• Help maintain and improve operational processes as we grow

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the screen printing or embroidery industry (preferred) - Not Mandatory for the right candidate
• Prior use of  Printavo or similar order management tools is a  strong plus - Not Mandatory for the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail, especially in quoting, pricing, and proofing
• Fast, clear communicator who can juggle multiple threads at once
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines with shifting priorities
• Tech-savvy and organized, able to learn software and systems quickly
• A team player who will take ownership of their work and make our clients feel confident in our process
