Pay and Schedule Pay: Hourly pay $20.00 Schedule: Part-time, nights and weekends, retail store hours Responsibilities Be the life force of the store: greet every customer with a welcoming and energetic attitude. Ask open-ended questions to discover customer needs and provide personalized, perfect-fit solutions. Guide customers through the entire sales journey to create a technology experience with Samsung products. Provide basic device troubleshooting, diagnose mobile device issues, and facilitate service tickets. Upsell product bundles and complementary items to encourage additional purchases. Build lasting customer relationships leading to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth. Handle customer escalations with empathy and a can-do attitude. Complete product, services, and soft skills training to become a Samsung expert. Meet personal sales goals and contribute to store performance targets.
