Salesforce Training and Content Specialist

- Pay Rate: Up to $49 per hour
- Assignment Length: September 15, 2025, to June 30, 2026
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working onsite three days per week
- Experience Required: 3–5 years in a change management or training role

Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Training and Content Specialist to support the launch and adoption of a Salesforce-based platform for our national field sales organization. The ideal candidate will be a crucial driver of engagement and confidence by providing structured training and change management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of strategic training programs for large groups of field sales users.
- Execute a train-the-trainer model and provide scalable, repeatable solutions for team enablement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop training content and field-facing communications.
- Support project management activities related to system rollout, testing, and user readiness.
- Drive user engagement and confidence through training and change interventions.
- Gather feedback from users to iterate on training strategy and materials.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure training materials are clear and relevant.
- Manage and innovate on quarterly communications and reminders for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of experience in change management, training, or related roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and the ability to explain system functionality to end users.
- Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
- Proven experience working with national, distributed, or remote field sales teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to build rapport and drive engagement with large, diverse user groups, both in person and virtually.
- Experience in developing training content and managing change in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
