Base pay range $48.00/hr - $65.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administator Salesforce Flow Builder Salesforce Experience Cloud Sites (formerly known as Community Cloud) Configurations Collaborating with stakeholders, leading testing sessions, etc. Local to Atlanta and willing to commute to Pennant Park 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs), Remote on Fridays Nice-to-Haves: Advanced Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder Experience with Salesforce Agent Force Writing a Lightening Web Component (LWC) using Apex code The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of Salesforce on within the organization. The Administrator role involves extensive customization and optimization of Salesforce to achieve the needs and objectives of the business, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders. In addition, the Administrator provides consultation and subject matter expertise to streamline business processes, makes recommendations to support scaling at a rapid pace, and maintains a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting. Day-to-Day: 20% - Collaboration - Collaborate with the business and cross-functional partners to identify and define business requirements and prioritize enhancements necessary to achieve Pro business goals. 70% - Platform Management - Customize Salesforce or Anaplan to effectively conduct business processes and workflows. Manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, and roles within Salesforce or Anaplan. Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards or models to provide actionable insights into business data. Evaluate new releases of Salesforce or Anaplan to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users. 10% - Teach, Train, Develop - Consult and provide subject matter expertise by developing training plans, materials, and documentation for users to help them effectively use Salesforce. Coordinate new and ongoing user training sessions. Compensation: $48/hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
