Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator, managing users, profiles, roles, permission sets, page layouts, and flows. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather reporting and dashboard requirements and build tailored solutions to improve data-driven decision-making. Support and maintain R-based dashboards, and lead the migration of these assets to AWS QuickSight. Optimize and maintain existing data pipelines integrating Salesforce with analytical platforms and visualization tools. Assist in the maintenance and modernization of the current R-based Posit (RStudio) applications. Provide training and mentorship to associates on Salesforce, data visualization, and best practices in analytics. Uphold data quality, governance, and security standards across integrated systems. Required Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Proficiency in R programming, with experience using the Posit (formerly RStudio) environment. Experience or strong willingness to learn AWS QuickSight for data visualization. Solid SQL skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets. Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, including services such as S3, Lambda, and QuickSight. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: Prior experience migrating dashboards from R/Shiny to cloud-native platforms. Knowledge or hands-on experience with Python, Tableau, or Power BI. Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and experience integrating data across systems.
