\n \n\n \nThe role youll contribute:
\n \n\n \nResponsible for the patient care in the Wound care center. This includes, but is not limited to, utilization of skills in organization, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing care through the use of hospital and nursing standards.
\n \n\n \nThe value youll bring to the team:
\n \n\n \nReview lab results for needed provider action and follow up.
\n \n\n \nProvide initial and ongoing assessment on each patient to include face to face and telephone triage.
\n \n\n \nProvide specialized education and schedule referrals as ordered by providers.
\n \n\n \nCollect, prepare and complete appropriate test requests for lab specimens and required testing.

\n \nThe expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:
\n \n\n \nCompletion of Nursing Program
\n \n\n \nActive Florida RN License
\n \n\n \nCurrent BLS
